How long is the program?

This program is designed specifically for you. When we have our initial call we will discuss what is best for you in terms of time to complete the work for the goals that you want to achieve. I’ve intentionally done this because there are no two women who work alike. Our goals may be similar but how we get there, or the support we need may be different. This program is focused on for busy women who want something that works, not just promises.

When do we start? 

We start as soon as you sign up. After your purchase is confirmed, you’ll get a welcome email with all the details and we’ll choose a date and time to have our weekly calls. You will receive your first class shortly after.

What do I need for the program?

Commitment to yourself. Otherwise, nothing! I will provide you with everything you need to be successful in the program. You do however need the drive and desire to do the work. It will only work if you do the work and show up for yourself.

What if I feel overwhelmed?

I totally understand feeling overwhelmed! 

If at any time the program feels like too much, we will revisit your goals and make them more manageable for you. I am totally committed to making this program work for you.
