How do they do it?”
When you stop and see people killing it all over the place I bet you wonder, how so they do it?
The reason that we all tend to ask this question is because we all want that “it”. Whatever that may be. Whether we want to look better or do more, maybe have a better job, we are constantly dreaming of that next step that we want to take. And the part that keeps us all in the same boat is that we all struggle to be more confident.
“We struggle feeling good about where we are”.
We are faced with daily challenges that keep us from taking steps and we are always questioning whether we should leave our comfort zone.
But, before we can keep going, let us clarify.
What exactly is Confidence?
It is feeling sure of yourself and you abilities. An attitude you have about yourself. Being Self-assured
Simple, right? Then, what makes confidence so difficult to have?
First we have to know if we have it or if we only appear to have it. What do I mean, simple. Are you willing and motivated to take a risk to move forward or are you just pretending with some nice pics on social media?
Let me ask you.
- Do you worry or afraid that you might be wrong?
- Is it important to you that people agree with you?
- Do you need to be in the spotlight?
- Do you need the approval of others?
- Do you worry that people will get mad or not like you??
- Do you become offended easily?
If you answered yes to any of these then you aren’t as confident as you think you are.
Perhaps you need to become clearer on your values and those things that are truly important to you.
